Paris Hilton Hit With Oscar Ban

Film-flop Paris Hilton has reportedly been banned from attending the Oscars.

The heiress is said to be particular gutted by the snub because she had already picked out a £2 million gown to wear at the ceremony.

A source tells the Daily Star: "She cried hot, salty tears when she was banned from the Oscars.

"She’s desperate to be taken seriously as an actress and hoped she would be able to network with the film bods."

Paris – whose latest movie dud The Hottie And The Nottie grossed a dismal £13,848 in its opening weekend – is apparently not giving up and is even prepared to don a disguise in order to get into the exclusive Oscar after-parties.

"She’s tempted to go to the parties afterwards, but might wear her trademark brunette wig to save her dignity," adds the insider.
