Paris Hilton goes to Harvard

If there is one place you think would be Paris Hilton free it would be Harvard.

However, the sanctity was ruined when the 26 year old travelled to the university to receive the Harvard Lampoon humour magazine's 'woman of the Year' aware in the front of the Lampoon castle.

The Heiress used her trademark line when accepting the award saying, 'Harvard is hot!'

And at least she admits it was a strange situation, 'never in my wildest dreams did I imagine standing here, standing on the steps of the Harvard Lampoon. It's really exciting and I've had such a great time.'

After arriving an hour late for the festivities, Hilton told the crowd of people who greeted her that her Simple Life co-star Nicole Ritchie was with her, then added: 'Just kidding.'

The award is a spoof of the annual honors given by Harvard's Hasty Pudding Theatricals.

The real award will be given to Charlize Theron, while the 'Man of the Year' award will go to Christopher Walken.
